To open an account with AC99, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be requested to verify your age.
• One Account: Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Accurate Information: Your name, address, phone number, and email must be genuine and your own.
• Password Protection: Keeping your account login credentials confidential is your responsibility. AC99 is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your details with others.
• KYC Verification: AC99 may request KYC documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Payments to third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions may be cancelled.

Withdrawals at AC99 are simple and fast, though certain conditions apply to ensure the security of the platform.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) and ৳2,000 (Bank Transfer).
• KYC Completed: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Return via same method: Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Processing Time: 15 minutes to 24 hours for bKash/Nagad/Rocket; 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. Can only be claimed once.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be determined based on the last recorded server data.

• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be reported to the support team within 48 hours.
• In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AC99 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Deliberately exploiting game bugs or glitches
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account
• Submitting false identity or documents
• Processing transactions using third-party payment methods

AC99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents
• Filing chargebacks or payment disputes
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification. A maintenance fee of up to ৳100 per month may apply to inactive accounts.
